This is not a standard entry-level coding job. We are hiring the next generation of "AI-Native" developers - graduates who naturally use AI tools to code faster, learn quicker, and build superior solutions. If you are a recent graduate who is obsessed with AI, builds projects, and wants to work on the cutting edge of Enterprise technology, this is for you. **Who We Are Looking For (The "10x" Fresher)** * You are a "Force Multiplier": You don't just write code; you know how to use AI assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to write code 10x faster than your peers. * You Build Things: You have a GitHub repository full of personal projects, hackathon entries, or experiments with LLMs. * You Learn Instantly: You can pick up a new framework or library in an afternoon because you know how to ask the right questions. **Key Responsibilities** * Build \& Prototype: Work directly with senior architects to build rapid prototypes using Python, and modern web frameworks. * AI Implementation: Assist in developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and more. * Tool Usage: Actively use AI coding tools to debug, refactor, and document code, setting the standard for efficiency. * Stay Ahead: Research the latest AI models and tools and propose to build solutions for TCS’ customers. **Skills \& Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Recent Graduate). * Technical Base: Strong foundational knowledge of Python (required) and basic web development (HTML/JS/React). * AI Fluency: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and APIs. * Tooling: Experience using AI coding assistants including CLI. * Mindset: Agile, hungry to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. **Eligibility** * Graduate Degree Completion- 2025 -May'26 * Citizens \& PR holders are preferred * Applications from Internationational visa holders will be reviewed. **Top Reasons to Join Our Team at TCS Australia** **Attractive compensation \& rewards** We offer a highly competitive salary package aligned with the Australian market, complemented by performance-based incentives, recognition programs, and comprehensive employee benefits.
