Internship Digital Training Enablement (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities * Support the development of the digital training strategy and stay on top of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio * Explore and test AI driven tools that support content creation and digital learning experiences * Support the use of AI tools and data analytics to analyze learner engagement and training impact * Assist the team with pilot initiatives related to new digital learning formats and technologies **Your Qualifications** * Currently enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field * First experience through projects, coursework, or internships in digital tools, AI, or data analysis is an advantage * Strong interest in AI technologies and digital learning trends * Well organized and structured person with hands on implementation skills * Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage **What We Offer** * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits This position pays a gross monthly salary of EUR 1\.949,22 on a full-time basis, taking into account the collective agreement for the metal industry.
