You will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating closely with experienced engineers to build scalable technology solutions that support the company’s growth. **Key Responsibilities (The “How”)*** Software Development: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions across business applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. * Collaboration \& Ideation: Work closely with team members to understand technical requirements and contribute ideas during brainstorming and design discussions. * Testing \& Debugging: Assist in debugging issues, fixing defects, and supporting testing and deployment activities. * Application Maintenance: Help maintain and update existing software applications. Monitor performance and support optimization initiatives. * Documentation: Document code, technical workflows, and development processes for knowledge sharing and continuity. **The Ideal Candidate (The “Who”)*** Technical Foundation: Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Java, Python, or C\+\+.
