Software Testing Executive (Manual QA)

Location: Thane / Mumbai (On-site, Full-time) We are building an AI-powered guidance assistant and digital learning platform designed to help students and aspiring entrepreneurs explore, learn, and grow through interactive, personalized experiences. Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual testing of web applications, conversational AI flows, and end-to-end user journeys - Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and exploratory testing sessions - Identify, document, and track bugs using clear and structured reporting - Validate UI/UX consistency, usability, and functional correctness - Conduct regression testing to ensure stability after updates - Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve product quality Tools \& Techniques:- Test documentation using Google Sheets / Docs - Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing - Basic API testing using Postman (good to have) - Use of browser tools (Chrome DevTools) for debugging - AI/chatbot testing (intent validation, response accuracy, edge cases) Requirements:- 0–2 years in Manual Testing / QA (freshers welcome) - Strong attention to detail and logical thinking - Comfort with web applications and documentation tools - Basic understanding of STLC and bug reporting What You’ll Gain:- Hands-on experience with a real AI product - Exposure to AI testing and UX validation - High ownership and fast learning environment How to Apply: Send your CV \+ note on: “How would you test a student-facing AI chatbot?” Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Student job Pay: ₹10,800\.70 - ₹20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
