[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Main Tasks: 1\. BI Dashboard Development \& Visualization (50%):
* Design and build high-performance, interactive dashboards tailored for Top Management.
* Implement intuitive UI/UX design principles to simplify complex data.
* Create dynamic views allowing for drill-down analysis to granular operational details.
* Support to define complex logic for critical metrics to ensure consistency. 2\.Power BI Skills Enablement \& Training (30%):
* Curriculum Design: Develop and deliver hands-on Power BI training for HR data workers .
* Resource Creation: Build a library of guides, short video tutorials, and documentation to support self-service analytics adoption.
* Mentorship: Help HR colleagues troubleshoot their own reports and improve their data literacy. 3\.AI Integration \& Advanced Analytics (20%):
* Research and implement AI-powered tools to enhance dashboard intelligence.
* Move beyond descriptive reporting to provide prescriptive insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s student in Data Analysis, AI, BI, Computer Science or related. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with building dashboards in PowerBI or a similar BI tool is necessary. - Experience with or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data analysis using tools like Python is a strong plus. -Familiarity with or willingness to learn LLM application platforms is highly desirable. -A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
