Work directly with Future AGI's largest customers to design and deliver tailored technical solutions that accelerate their success with generative AI. This is a customer-facing, highly technical role that blends backend engineering with problem-solving and product thinking. You'll collaborate with AI engineers, customer PMs, and engineering teams to map ideal workflows, build bespoke integrations, and ensure rapid progress toward production-grade outcomes.
**What You'll Do**
* Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and design scalable AI-powered solutions using Future AGI's evaluation, tracing, and observability platform
* Build custom features, integrations, and workflows using cutting-edge AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI) and Future AGI's APIs/SDKs
* Partner with customer engineering and PM teams to deploy solutions end-to-end and ensure sustained production success
* Develop proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference architectures tailored to specific customer use cases
* Continuously track, communicate, and align workstreams with internal stakeholders and customer teams
* Debug and resolve complex technical issues across customer integrations — tracing pipelines, evaluation workflows, SDK configurations
* Document solutions, patterns, and learnings to build a shared knowledge base for the field engineering team
**What We're Looking For**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related technical field
* Strong backend engineering skills — proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
* Understanding of RESTful APIs, database fundamentals, and basic system design
* Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving mindset; comfortable debugging unfamiliar codebases and systems
* Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage workstreams independently across multiple customer engagements
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, CrewAI) or building AI-powered applications
* Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, or observability platforms
* Exposure to customer-facing engineering, technical consulting, or solutions engineering
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker)
* Previous hackathon wins, open-source contributions, or shipped side projects
