### **What are your contributions to the team?**
* Creating the project plan \& schedule and participate in the development of the implementation plan;
* Support the Project Engineer to monitor project performance and other project tasks;
* Communicate with a variety of stakeholders inside and outside the organization;
* Prepare the business case (documents \& budgets) in support of the business unit's decision-making;
* Prepare and update project schedules, project documentation, governance files and databases;
* Support the project team in meeting key performance indicators of the Project Engineering Department and seek-out stakeholder engagement;
* Identify the risks associated with the project and give visibility on mitigation plans to reduce risks;
* Work to solve issues of various degrees of complexity; apply knowledge to solve problems, be able to work on non-standard tasks / queries;
* Look at problems from different angles, be innovative in your problem-solving solution.
* Aircraft product development, project planning, conducting meetings and prioritizing
* Written and spoken communications skills in a professional environment (including presentations)
* MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, MS Word, Teams, Outlook, Power.BI, Lotus Notes, SAP, ADP Workforce \& Internal Bombardier software
### **How to thrive in this role?**
* You are studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or closely related field; (Required)
* You have a high level of knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel (Advanced preferred), MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook etc.)
* You have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, leadership \& time-management skills;
* You are able to express your ideas clearly and accurately, orally and in writing;
* You establish and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all stakeholders within and outside the organization;
* You are adaptable and can take on responsibilities through which priorities could evolve and / or change quickly;
* You demonstrate creativity for developing methodologies allowing you to produce a high level of quality in your deliverables.
* You have relevant experience in Project Management, scheduling or budgeting (an asset)
* You have experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (an asset)
* You are able to work independently with minimal guidelines;
* You have excellent communication skills in English \& French (French an asset but not mandatory)

* Flexible workplace-Hybrid
