You will gain practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to the fintech industry while developing your professional skills. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: AI Design Systems Engineer Intern * Figma Architecture: Manage the "Mint" Design System using advanced Figma features like Variables and Auto Layout with a developer’s mindset. * AI Documentation: Write clear, structured guidelines (design.md) that help both humans and AI models understand how to use components correctly. * AI Research: Experiment with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tools like Cursor or Claude to automate design-to-code workflows. * Design-to Code Sync **:** Ensure Figma components match production code, focusing on Design Tokens and modern UI libraries like Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. Marketing Intern * Hands-on experience in B2B marketing, branding, PR, advertising, and marketing automation. * Developed data-driven media and campaign strategies in the fintech industry. * Managed projects, events, and marketing collateral efficiently. * Collaborated with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. * Gained fintech industry exposure through events like Money20/20\. People Operations Intern * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field * Strong interest in people operations, organizational development, or corporate culture * Collaborative, curious, and proactive in learning and supporting team goals * Detail-oriented with solid communication and interpersonal skills Partnerships Intern * Support, enable, and drive the strategic partnership process and team. * Execute and manage the partnership administrative tasks to ensure seamless onboarding completion * Exploring business initiatives and processes in order to help sales run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives. * Coordinate with partners in collecting, preparing, and filing required documents and information for KYC and business-related processes * Track and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, revenue growth, pipeline health). QA Engineer Intern * Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. * Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document software defects. * Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. * Execute functional, regression, and performance tests on various software applications. **You** * Currently a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Passionate about technology, fintech, and innovation * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment * Able to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities **Additional qualifications based on the role** **AI Design Systems Engineer Intern:** * Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. * Proficient in Figma with organized layers and reusable components. * Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS; familiarity with shadcn/ui is a plus. * Able to build scalable, developer-friendly design systems. * Interested in AI tools, modern web trends, and problem-solving between design and code. **Marketing Intern:** * Currently student pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications or related field * Strong interest in marketing principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to marketing initiatives. **People Operations Intern:** * Gain hands-on experience across core People Operations functions, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and training. * Lead a 6-month HR project to improve a People Operations process or initiative. * Collaborate onsite with HR teams, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. * Develop teamwork, stakeholder management, and process coordination skills. * Learn APAC-level HR operations and people strategy within a multinational tech company. **Partnerships Intern:** * Currently student studying in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently across functions to deliver against deadlines. * Be able to understand and explain some complex processes of related documentation and regulations * Be able to communicate complex data to various groups of people **QA Engineer Intern:** * Currently student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies. * Familiarity with programming languages such as Golang, Java, or JavaScript. is a plus. * Knowledge of web and mobile application testing is desirable. **How to apply** If you liked what you read and believe to be up for the challenge, we'd be pleased to welcome you to the recruitment process.
