If you are as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, Enterprise Architecture and Analysis, Business Analyst for Digital Nexus. Responsibilities:* Serve as a liaison between business users and IT, collaborating with cross?functional teams to gather requirements and support the delivery of software solutions * Elicit, document and manage clear, testable business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops and process reviews; translate business needs into structured deliverables such as Business Required Documents (BRDs), process flows, diagrams, use cases and user stories for development teams * Support project execution by tracking requirements, monitoring progress and managing changes to ensure solutions meet approved objectives * Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders and leadership through clear documentation, status updates and discussions * Assist with business analysis activities including effort estimation, analysis tasks and preparation of project deliverables, while learning organizational strategy and contributing ideas Demonstrate professionalism and integrity by adhering to policies, confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines and by fostering a respectful, collaborative work environment * Qualifications:* Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Business Management, Information Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent program from an accredited college or university * Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3\.0 or above * Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; ability to incorporate GenAI tools into daily tasks * Understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies and best practices; the ability to apply these principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment is a plus * Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a flexible, adaptable team player and deliver high?quality work in a fast?paced technology environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information * Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay * Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) https://kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id\=UTADNI\_9\_24 KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
