Associate Enterprise Software Engineer

* Asso. Enterprise Software Engineer (SAP BTP-IS) will be part of SAP team, to specialize on Integration Suite module of SAP. * He / She is expected to learn the required functionalities quickly and apply the knowledge in Operations / Projects with minimal supervision. * Works with various business partners, projects managers, functional analysts, system analysts, quality assurance and production support teams to deliver on various initiatives supporting SAP Practice. * Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include writing technical design plans and documents for the requirements to be implemented. **Education** : * Required: MBA / Msc / bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. **Certification preferred:** * SAP Professional certification **Required Qualifications:** * Strong academic background + Basic knowledge of SAP software is preferable + Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities + Strong technical aptitude. + Must be able to identify, analyze and solve problems. + Disciplined, detailed, structured, and organized in approaching work + Communicating accurately and professionally both orally and in written form. + Working in a dynamic, fast paced environment under time-sensitive deadlines. + Working well with supervision from senior member while also functioning as an integral part of a team. + Consistently demonstrates strong team and individual performance. + Builds positive and effective relationships with individuals both internal and external to the organization. + Effective organization and time management skills **Desirable knowledge of Tools:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), * Basic knowledge on Computer fundamentals + Very strong communication and coordination skills **Other Skills \& Capabilities:** * Should be able to communicate effectively with team members, leaders across globe * Proactive, go-getter, Quick learner * Excellent conceptual grasp of software, operating systems, architectures etc. * Sales / Financial industry knowledge is desirable. **Job Level:** T1 Our Interview Practices *To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
