Web Coding / AI Coding Instructor

Position Focus: We are looking for instructors and mentors with strong interests in AI Coding and AI Agent applications for project-based learning programs. Preferred Direction: Candidates who can use AI tools and AI agents to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: * Teach web coding and AI-related projects * Guide students in competition preparation and technical development * Support AI coding projects, AI agent workflows, and practical applications * Help students build portfolios, demos, and innovation projects * Participate in curriculum design and technical mentoring Preferred Skills: * Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, etc.) * AI Coding Tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) * AI Agent / Automation Workflow experience * Firebase / Full-stack project deployment experience * Experience with hackathons, robotics, coding competitions, or startup projects * Strong communication and teaching ability Preferred Candidate Profile: * Hands-on builders and problem solvers * Strong interest in AI innovation and emerging technologies * Able to rapidly prototype projects using AI tools * Passionate about mentoring students and leading project teams Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $25\.00 - $45\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) * AI agent: 1 year (Preferred) * Web development: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * West Newton, MA 02465 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
