Automation Engineer

**Role description** **Role: Automation Engineer** **Location Krakow, Poland** **Job Type: 6 Months contract with possible extension(Sub-con or B2B contract only)** **Description:** * Collaborate with key product stakeholders to understand the overall process and the actions requiring automating * Design and implement performant resilient automation to address the manual aspects of the process * Apply security by default secrets management least privilege vulnerability management * Monitor and improve process performance optimising to not only meet the objective but provide head room to cater for unknown scenarios * Automate both process and the testing of the automation to assure it works whenever it is required **Skills Required: Essential:** * 3 years delivering Ansible based automation into Jenkins CICD pipelines * Strong scripting skills Python Go Bash etc * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multi cultured global environment * Working experience in Agile methodologies * Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment * Strong documentation collaboration and ownership mindset **Desirable:** * Experience of working with and improving IT Services underpinned by vendor software * Product domain experience in one or more of * + File Transmission products eg IBM SFGSSPSEASCD + Mainframe zOS and job execution workflows + BMC ControlM * An understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Ansible, Automation, Bash/Shell scripting, CI/CD Architecture, Jenkins **About LTM** LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
