Project Management Intern

**Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role offers hands-on exposure to software project management, project planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task coordination * Support project managers in tracking project progress and deliverables * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks * Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting records * Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items * Assist in preparing status updates and project reports * Support day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks **Requirements** * Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * Available for a full-time 6-month internship * Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese * Familiarity with **Agile**, **Scrum**, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies * Familiarity with tools such as **Jira**, **Trello**, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Interest in software project coordination and management **Preferred Skills** * Interest in project management and team collaboration * Good problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively * Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment **Internship Details** * Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site) * Working Days: Monday – Friday * Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship) * Stipend : RM 500 – RM 1,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM500\.00 - RM1,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Opportunities for promotion * Professional development Education: * STM/STPM (Preferred) Language: * Chinese (Preferred) * Malay (Preferred) Work Location: In person
