Internship - IT Background/ Computer Science

· Maintain a smooth operation of all SIEM Infrastructure and related services. · Installation, configuration and maintenance and optimization of SIEM solutions · Troubleshooting client issues and problem · Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures. · Design, install, and implement cyber infrastructure solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure. · Create and document, network, and system diagrams. · Health check monitoring and regular clients’ infrastructure maintenance · Provides support 8x5, also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission. · Design, install and implementing all SOC requirement software and monitoring tools.
