Junior Fullstack Developer (AI-Driven) - IEFP Professional Internship

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment. This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows — someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js * Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js * Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements * Collaborate with product and design teams * Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows * Support the creation of automations and AI-assisted solutions **Requirements** * Eligibility for IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory) * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar * Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases * Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer * Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance) * Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations * Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity **Nice to Have** * Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude * Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks * Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts **Benefits** * IEFP Professional Internship opportunity * Technical guidance and continuous mentorship * Participation in real-world projects * Exposure to modern AI tools and workflows * Collaborative environment with strong focus on professional growth * Opportunity for career progression * Hybrid work model (Porto office)
