Role Description
**Summary**
We are looking for analytical and business-oriented Product Manager / Business Analyst Interns who possess a strong understanding of Business Requirement Gathering and demonstrate excellent business acumen.
This role is ideal for individuals who can effectively interact with clients, understand operational challenges, gather detailed requirements, and translate business needs into clear and structured functional inputs for internal product and technical teams.
The selected candidates will primarily work closely with clients at their locations, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal teams.
**Essential Skills**
* Strong business acumen and analytical thinking ability (mandatory)
* Practical exposure or understanding of Business Requirement Gathering
* Ability to understand business problems and translate them into functional requirements
* Confident communication and professional client-handling skills
* Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

* Ability to work independently during client interactions
**Preferred Qualification**
* Engineering Degree (Mandatory)
* MBA (Pursuing or Completed) – Preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
* Visit client locations to understand business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
* Conduct requirement gathering discussions with stakeholders and document business needs accurately.
* Analyze client expectations and convert them into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
* Coordinate with internal product, development, and management teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
* Prepare requirement documents, summaries, and presentation inputs for internal review and client discussions.
* Ask the right business questions to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Support product planning and solution discussions based on client requirements.
* Maintain structured documentation and follow-up on requirement clarifications.
