Network Admin Intern

**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in maintaining IT and network infrastructure, including basic support for servers, routers, switches, and communication systems. * Support the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network devices and related software/hardware. * Help monitor system performance and network uptime to ensure smooth connectivity. * Assist in implementing basic network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs under supervision. * Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues raised by internal teams. * Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance activities. * Maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. * Assist in performing data backups and supporting disaster recovery processes. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for basic IT support tasks. * Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and assist in improvement initiatives. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and access points. * Basic knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs). * Understanding of Windows/Linux environments is a plus. * Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills. * Knowledge of networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory. **Internship Duration :** 6 Months [Performance will be evaluated upon completion of the internship period.
