Role Description
**Job Summary:**
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions to address business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, build scalable systems, and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning, programming, and data engineering, along with a passion for solving real-world problems using AI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Model Development:**
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for various applications, including but not limited to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks to improve model performance.
**2\. Data Engineering:**
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and usability.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference.
**3\. Deployment and Scalability:**
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
**4\. Research and Innovation:**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies deep learning architectures, and generative AI methodologies.
- Conduct research and experiments to explore new approaches and improve existing solutions.
**5\. Collaboration:**
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.
**6\. Performance Monitoring:**
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making improvements as needed.
- Implement tools and processes for continuous model evaluation and retraining.
**Qualifications**
**1\. Education:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
**2\. Experience:**
- 0 to 1 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or role.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
**3\. Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience in deep learning techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and GANs.
- Familiarity with generative AI models like GPT, Stable Diffusion, or BERT.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
