Robotics Product Development Intern

Job Summary RoboCollective.AI is offering a remote internship opportunity for students, graduates, and early-career professionals interested in robotics, humanoid systems, mechanical design, software development, AI, UI/UX, and product development. This internship is focused on supporting robotics and emerging technology projects from concept to research, design, development, testing, documentation, and product planning. Possible project areas may include mechanical design, robotics research, humanoid robotics concepts, software development, AI-assisted tools, UI/UX design, product documentation, testing support, and business or product research related to robotics solutions. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want practical exposure to real-world robotics product development and want to build stronger experience for their resume, portfolio, and future career. Key Responsibilities Assist with research, planning, design, development, documentation, or testing support for robotics and product development projects. Support robotics-related work involving mechanical concepts, humanoid systems, AI tools, software platforms, digital interfaces, or product workflows depending on your assigned area. Help document project ideas, technical notes, design requirements, research findings, meeting updates, and product development progress. For mechanical or robotics-focused candidates, assist with research related to robot structures, components, movement concepts, hardware planning, prototyping ideas, or mechanical system documentation. For software-focused candidates, assist with web tools, internal platforms, automation workflows, AI-assisted systems, data organization, or technical documentation. For UI/UX and design-focused candidates, assist with wireframes, interface concepts, user flows, product layouts, design research, and usability improvements for robotics or AI-related platforms. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, project discussions, and internal updates. Collaborate with team members and team leads in a remote working environment. Learn how robotics and technology products move from concept to planning, design, development, testing, and launch. Qualifications and Skills Currently studying, recently graduated, or independently building experience in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, robotics, computer science, software engineering, product design, UI/UX, AI, or a related area. Interest in robotics, humanoid robots, mechanical systems, software development, AI, product design, or emerging technology. Experience with tools such as CAD software, Python, JavaScript, React, Figma, design tools, automation tools, data tools, or project management platforms is a plus. Interest in mechanical design, robotics systems, web development, AI tools, UI/UX design, product research, testing, or technical documentation is preferred. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow project instructions. Ability to work remotely, manage time, and collaborate with team members. No advanced professional experience is required, but candidates should be motivated, reliable, and open to learning.
