**Role Title: Information Technology Intern**
**Location:** Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)
**About the Role:**
This role will support the IT team by handling entry-level NetSuite ERP tickets and assisting with day-to-day system and operational requests. The IT Intern will gain foundational knowledge in ERP systems, IT support processes, and system configuration through structured cross-training and mentorship.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**NetSuite Ticket Support (Tier 1 / Entry-Level)**
* Respond to and resolve lower-level NetSuite support tickets
* Assist with NetSuite-related warehouse and inventory system requests
* Support operational troubleshooting related to NetSuite WMS integrations
* Help ensure accurate system data between finance and warehouse functions
* Troubleshoot basic system issues and user access requests
* Assist with routine system updates and administrative tasks
**Back-Office NetSuite Support**
* Support finance, operations, and administrative teams with NetSuite-related requests
* Assist with data entry, configuration updates, and system workflows
* Participate in training sessions with the NetSuite Administrator
* Learn system processes across departments to improve support efficiency
**Learning \& Development**
* Participate in structured cross-training cross training into NS Admin and other PSB systems as well such as Salesforce/Celigo
* Learn foundational ERP concepts and system architecture
* Develop understanding of SuiteScript and NetSuite platform fundamentals
* Support documentation of processes and system workflows
* Continuously build technical and problem-solving skills
**Collaboration**
* Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT team
**Qualifications:**
* Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Interest in ERP systems and business technology
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Good English communication skills
* Basic technical aptitude (experience with software systems preferred)
* Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid night shift work setup in Silver City, Pasig
**Success Factors:**
* Timely resolution of Tier 1 NetSuite tickets
* Strong support for back-office and warehouse system users
* Reliable documentation of processes and system improvements
