This isn't a "make copies and sit in meetings" internship. You'll be doing real work that directly shapes how our software product is built and what features we develop next. If you love digging into complex problems, working with cutting-edge AI tools, and seeing your work actually matter — keep reading. **What You'll Do** * **Conduct deep regulatory research** across all 50 US states, sourcing official state documentation, compliance requirements, and guidance related to road marking standards * **Use AI tools daily** to accelerate, organize, and synthesize your research findings at scale * **Translate your findings into structured, actionable insights** that feed directly into our software product development roadmap * **Build and maintain a living research database** of state-level regulatory requirements that our product and engineering teams rely on * **Collaborate with our product and engineering teams** to help define compliance-related software features **Who We're Looking For** You might be a great fit if you're studying (or recently graduated in) any of the following: * Business or Public Administration * Data Analytics or Information Science * Research- or AI-focused fields * Software Product or Project Management **You're our person if you:** * Are currently enrolled in college or graduated within the past year * Are detail-oriented and genuinely enjoy research * Are curious about AI tools and excited to use them as a core part of your workflow * Are a highly collaborative and team-oriented person * Are comfortable navigating government websites, PDFs, and official documentation * Can work independently and manage your own time **Internship Details** * **Duration:** Summer 2026 (approx.
