Role Description
**Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (3rd year and above preferred).
* Strong interest in architectural design, planning, and construction.
* Organized and able to handle administrative tasks such as appointment booking and coordination.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
* Support in the preparation of design presentations and client proposals.
* Conduct research on materials, design trends, and sustainable building practices.
* Assist in preparing cost estimates, material specifications, and project documentation.
* Coordinate schedules, set appointments, and assist in booking meetings or site visits for the project team.
* Participate in site visits and inspections to observe construction progress and compliance with design.
* Maintain proper filing and organization of design documents.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the supervising architect.
