Our platform is equipped with real-time conversational intelligence, multilingual capabilities, and unmatched latency performance. **Role Description** We are seeking a GenAI / LLM Intern for an exciting on-site internship role based in South Bengaluru. As an intern, you will collaborate with our team to design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various real-world applications. Responsibilities include conducting data preprocessing, experimenting with AI model architectures, and deploying solutions for conversational agents. You will also analyze results, document findings, and improve models to enhance performance and accuracy for business use cases. **Qualifications** * Strong foundational knowledge in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). * Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for building and training models. * Skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset curation. * Ability to conduct research, implement algorithms, and document findings effectively. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. * Enrollment in/recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields is preferred. * Familiarity with deploying models in real-time production systems is a plus. * Understanding of conversational AI use cases and workflows in a business environment is advantageous.
