Offensive Security Developer - Organization Security Internship

**About The Role** We are seeking an Offensive Security Developer Intern to join our Tiger team. This role is dedicated to the design, development, and integration of advanced security tooling with a focus on offensive operations. You will work closely with penetration testers, red team operators, and security researchers to create and enhance tools that simulate real-world adversaries, automate security testing, and streamline offensive security workflows. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain custom offensive security tools to support red team and penetration testing activities. * Automate and integrate existing tools into larger frameworks and workflows. * Research and prototype novel offensive techniques, exploits, and security assessments. * Collaborate with security teams to identify operational needs and build tooling to address them. * Contribute to internal frameworks for vulnerability discovery, lateral movement, and post-exploitation. * Ensure developed tools are reliable, modular, and maintainable, following secure coding practices. * Document tools, processes, and usage guidelines for internal teams. **Qualifications** * Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C#, C/C\+\+). Python is a requirement. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. * Solid understanding of networking protocols, system internals. * Experience developing or extending tools and existing software. * Familiarity with common offensive security tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, etc.) and methodologies is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a security team.
