AWS + Devops Intern

**The Mission** As an AWS \+ DevOps Intern, your mission is to ensure our development and machine learning pipelines are seamless, scalable, and automated. You will work closely with the engineering team to bridge the gap between code and deployment, ensuring that our AI models and backend services reach production reliably. **Core Responsibilities** 1\. Cloud Infrastructure \& Containerization AWS Resource Management: Assist in managing AWS resources including S3, EC2, IAM, and Lambda. Containerization: Use Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments. Orchestration: Assist in managing and scaling containerized workloads using Kubernetes. 2\. CI/CD \& Pipeline Engineering Automation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to automate the build, test, and deployment phases. Version Control: Manage GitHub repositories and implement best practices for branching and pull request workflows. 3\. MLOps \& Data Logic Model Deployment: Support the ML team in deploying models and managing MLOps lifecycles (versioning, monitoring, and scaling models). Database Support: Work with SQL to understand data structures and ensure database connectivity and performance within the cloud environment. 4\. Performance \& Security Monitoring: Set up basic monitoring and logging (CloudWatch) to identify bottlenecks. Optimization: Assist in optimizing cloud costs and improving the "time-to-deploy" for new features. **Technical Skills Required (Must-Haves)** Cloud Platforms: Foundational knowledge of AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Amplify, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudWatch). DevOps \& CI/CD: Proficiency with Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Containerization \& Orchestration: Hands-on understanding of Docker and basic concepts of Kubernetes. Version Control: Strong proficiency with GitHub (Branching, PRs, Workflow automation). MLOps Foundations: Familiarity with the lifecycle of machine learning models in production. Databases: Ability to write and understand SQL queries. Scripting: Basic proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation. Ideal Candidate **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Process Oriented: You strive to automate manual, repetitive tasks. Fast Learner: You thrive in a "bootstrap" environment and can quickly implement new tools.
