Software Testing Intern (Entry Level) – POS Applications & Customer Operations

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Software Testing Intern who wants hands-on experience in QA testing, product workflows, and customer operations. **Job Description** As a Software Testing Intern, you will manually test workflows across our POS ecosystem including: * iOS applications (iPhone \& iPad) * Android applications (Phones \& Tablets) * Web dashboards and admin systems You will work closely with developers, product owners, and customer operations teams to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience. **Responsibilities** * Perform manual testing across mobile and web applications * Identify, document, and reproduce bugs clearly * Create testing reports and workflow documentation * Use ClickUp to manage testing tasks and bug tracking * Assist with customer support issue reporting * Verify fixes before releases * Collaborate with product and development teams daily * Participate in discussions around feature improvements and UX feedback **Requirements** * Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome * Strong attention to detail * Good communication skills * Willingness to learn and adapt * Comfortable using: * Google Docs \& Sheets * ClickUp * Discord * Screen recording tools **Good to Have (Not Mandatory):** * Basic programming knowledge * Understanding of QA or software testing concepts * Familiarity with bug reporting tools **What We Offer** * Hands-on experience working on a real-world POS platform * Mentorship and learning opportunities * Exposure to mobile apps, dashboards, QA processes, and customer workflows * Opportunity for long-term full-time growth based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000\.00 - ₹20,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to join within 1 week? * Are you comfortable working from office in Bangalore?
