Intern- Incident Engineer

**What You Do** **Assist in Production Stability:** * Support early warning systems, risk assessments, and SLA management. * Participate in establishing and improving project monitoring systems and event handling mechanisms to ensure stable operations. **IT Infrastructure and Security:** * Help maintain IT infrastructure, system security, and data security. * Contribute to understanding and analyzing user needs and transforming them into technical solutions. **Remote Communication:** * Communicate with offshore customers, operation and maintenance teams, and development teams to ensure smooth collaboration and issue resolution. **What We Want** **Education** * Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Technical Skills:** * Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell scripting. * Basic knowledge of SQL. * Familiarity with DevOps concepts. **Experience:** * No prior work experience required, but relevant coursework or projects are a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills. **Soft Skills:** * Strong sense of responsibility and motivation. * Good team communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment. **Availability:** * Availability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays. **What We Have** **Training and Development:** **Initial Training:** * 2-week training program to familiarize interns with company systems and processes. * Topics include Linux commands, shell scripting, and DevOps basics. **Ongoing Support:** * Continuous support and mentorship throughout the internship. * Regular feedback sessions for personal and professional growth. **Post-Internship Opportunities:** **Part-Time Positions:** * Successful interns may be offered part-time positions post-graduation based on project needs and performance. **Full-Time Internship Extensions:** * High-performing interns may be considered for full-time contractor internship extensions. **Work Environment:** * We provide a positive and inclusive work environment with a supportive team atmosphere.
