UI/UX Design Intern

* **User Research:** Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and user needs. * **Information Architecture:** Develop user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, and interaction flows to structure product logic. * **Wireframing \& Prototyping:** Build low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. * **Visual Design:** Design engaging user interfaces, establishing color palettes, typography, and component libraries that align with brand identity. * **Collaboration:** Translate business requirements into design solutions and work alongside developers to ensure design integrity * **Design Tools:** Proficiency in modern design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite). * **Core Principles:** Strong understanding of the pillars of UX design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards (WCAG). * **Portfolio:** A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, problem-solving, and interface execution. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional empathy, critical thinking, and communication skills to advocate for the user and articulate design decisions.
