Internship Software Developer & Business Innovator - M365 (Spring 2027)

**Description** --------------- *We are looking for an intern for the spring of 2027\.* Are you a student who enjoys building practical software solutions and is curious about how smart AI tools can make business processes more efficient? During this internship, you’ll contribute to real-life projects within the **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**. You’ll develop applications that automate workflows, improve user experiences, and help organizations work more digitally and efficiently using technologies such as **Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate**, **Microsoft Co-pilot** and **AI Foundry**. The focus is on **software development and integration**, not on training AI models or doing data science. You’ll learn how to leverage existing AI features (like Co-pilot) in a smart, hands-on way to enhance customer solutions. As a **Software Developer and Consultant**, you’ll bridge the gap between business and technology. You’ll engage with companies and their employees to understand their needs and challenges, then translate those insights into technological solutions that truly improve how they work. And if you enjoy this kind of work, you might just continue doing it at the **Best Workplace in Belgium** — every year since 2015 ? **Responsibilities** -------------------- After an initial training, you’ll join a digitalization project for one of our clients. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gradually take on more responsibility in **analysis, development, and optimization**. Your daily tasks during the internship will include: * Conducting **research and development** on AI and Microsoft technologies. * **Developing custom software solutions** within the Microsoft 365 platform. * **Building and integrating solutions** using Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-pilot and AI Foundry. * **Automating business processes** and improving internal workflows. * **Analyzing IT environments** and translating client needs into technical solutions. * **Supporting consultants** on real-life client projects and contributing ideas during implementation. We combine **low- and no-code solutions** within the extensive Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-pilot, SharePoint environments, intranets, etc.) with **custom software development** when standard tools aren’t enough.
