Intern, New Product Development - Engineering Processes & Project Management (Fall 2026)

### **During your internship, you will contribute to:**
* Collaborate with PLM team, Siemens and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of new processes and tools within the Teamcenter environment and NX.
* Support internal tasks, initiatives, and projects.
* Design and optimize engineering processes for new products including:
* + Analyzing data, and mapping existing processes
+ Identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing improvements or automation opportunities
+ Developing and delivering training materials for new PLM software (Teamcenter/NX) and processes
* Test, evaluate, and integrate next-generation PLM technologies and toolsets to enhance product development processes.
* Assist in the transition and integration of PLM and CAD systems (e.g., Teamcenter, NX) and support training for new users
* Participate in project management Including:
* + Coordinating project tasks
+ Planning and liaising between multidisciplinary teams.
### **What we are looking for:**
* You are a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year university or master's student;
* You are curious and eager to explore new disciplines related to engineering
* You are stimulated by an evolving collaborative environment
* You are organized and have analytical and synthesis skills
* You have good communication and presentation skills
* You are autonomous and you like to work in a team
* You have an interest in the PLM environment and NX
* You have a good knowledge of the Office suite, SharePoint is an asset
* You are proactive in seeking tasks and contributing to team initiatives.
* Experience in product design or engineering projects is an asset
**Boarding Information:**
* Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
* Duration: 8 months
* Flexible workplace-Hybrid
*It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.*
