You will assist in data collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing to build robust datasets for training and validation. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and testing algorithms, running experiments, documenting results, and preparing reports or presentations for project stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and researchers, contribute to proof-of-concept prototypes, and help integrate AI components into existing tools or workflows. This is an on-site internship role, offering hands-on experience in a high-tech environment and exposure to real-world engineering challenges. **Qualifications** * Foundational knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, and evaluation. * Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with relevant libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Basic understanding of data processing, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and working with structured or unstructured datasets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret experimental results and iterate on model design. * Ability to document code, experiments, and findings clearly, and to communicate technical concepts in a concise manner. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. * Interest in semiconductors, IoT, and applying AI to real-world engineering problems; prior project or internship experience is a plus. * Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, multicultural team environment in Hong Kong SAR.
