IT Internship

The IT Intern will assist the Information Technology team in providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting daily IT operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk support, networking, and system administration. Key Responsibilities * Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues under the supervision of the IT team. * Support user account management, password resets, and access requests. * Help maintain IT inventory and asset records. * Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting technical issues. * Perform routine system updates and software installations. * Document technical procedures and support activities. * Participate in IT projects and other technology-related initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
