Data Engineer Intern

**Job Description** * Support root cause identification for dashboard/report issues through data validation and error pattern analysis. * Perform root-cause analysis for dashboard/report discrepancies using Google BigQuery (SQL) and escalate technical issues to Data Engineers when needed. * Document findings related to dashboard inconsistencies, query mismatches, and recurring issues. * Assist in deploying and maintaining dashboards/reports using Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio. * Support dashboard QA and validation in collaboration with engineering and business teams. * Gather, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting purposes. * Support exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or discrepancies. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support report enhancement initiatives. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. * Open for fresh graduates; internship experience is a plus. * Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (Google BigQuery / Standard SQL). * Strong understanding of data analytics and data processing. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
