ICT Intern (AI & Applications Development)

**Role Overview** As an ICT Solutions Delivery Intern, you will work directly under the guidance of the Head of Solutions Delivery. You will play a key role in driving innovation by promoting AI literacy across the organization, helping map out our enterprise application environment, and contributing to technical solutions design and vendor analysis. **Key Responsibilities \& Deliverables** * **Drive AI Awareness \& Productivity** - Develop practical use cases and educational materials for general productivity using AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM. Assist in launching and supporting these AI use cases to help employees integrate them into their everyday activities. * **Application Landscape Mapping** - Design and create templates to visually illustrate the company’s current Applications Landscape. * **Solutions Design \& Analysis** - Prepare comprehensive Solutions Design documentation. Evaluate, analyze, and review various vendor solutions to determine their fit for company needs. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Willing to render **academic or voluntary internship of at least 400 hours** * Strong interest in emerging technologies, specifically generative AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM). * Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate software/vendor solutions and map out technical processes. * Excellent communication and documentation skills for creating templates, guides, and design papers. * Proactive attitude with a willingness to support and guide internal employees through technology adoption.
