QA Manual Tester

* Develop and execute manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements. * Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality. * Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release. * Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by existing test cases. * Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and testing processes. * Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, results, and defect status. * Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and best practices.
