IT Program & Project Delivery Intern (QA & Documentation Specialist)

The IT Program \& Project Delivery Intern (QA \& Documentation Specialist) supports the software development lifecycle by ensuring system quality and maintaining clear technical documentation. Key responsibilities of this position include translating technical processes into user manuals, configuration guides, and visual process flowcharts, analyzing business requirements to design, update, and manage comprehensive functional, regression, and smoke test scripts. Additionally, the role also involves bridging the gap between project development and deployment while building a strong foundation in IT project delivery. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. * Open to students completing either required internship/OJT or voluntary internship. * Can work in a hybrid setup and willing to commute to BGC Taguig. * Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 300 hours. * Can start ASAP or July 2026 * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and knowledge in productivity suites like Google Workspace, MS Office Applications. * Ability to read technical requirements and create visual workflow diagrams or flowcharts.
