Internship / Working Student – Physics Simulation for Medical Soft-Body Modeling (f/m/x)
Role Description
**Your Role**

Combine your studies with hands-on experience in a role that can be structured as either an internship or a working student position, depending on your availability.
Join our R\&D team and work with scientists and research engineers on applied research and prototyping in medical soft-body simulation for at least four months, ideally longer.

**Your Profile**
================
* Enrolled in a Master’s program in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
* Programming skills in Python; C\+\+ is a plus
* Solid understanding of computational modeling methods
* Solid understanding of geometry processing and mesh data structures
* Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
* You are curious, proactive, and collaborative, and you enjoy tackling challenging research-to-product problems
**Nice to have**
* Experience with simulation software such as Ansys, COMSOL, or Abaqus
* Project or coursework experience in biomechanical modeling, soft-body simulation, or surgical simulation
* Familiarity with modeling software
