Role Description
**Role : Full Stack Development Intern**
**Location : LB Nagar, Hyderabad**

We are looking for a Full Stack Development Intern who can take ownership of features across frontend, backend, and database layers, and contribute to build this platform properly from the ground up.
This role requires someone who can think independently, solve problems without hand-holding, and execute cleanly.
**What You’ll Do**
· Build and maintain full-stack features (frontend \+ backend)
· Design and manage database structures (users, profiles, applications, etc.)
· Implement authentication systems (login, session management, role-based access)
· Create and manage REST APIs
· Handle CRUD operations properly with validations
· Connect frontend (React) to backend services smoothly
· Optimize performance and ensure scalability readiness
· Fix bugs independently and improve existing code structure
· Maintain Git workflow and clean repository management
· Contribute to product architecture decisions
You will not just “assist” - you will build and own components.
**Technical Requirements**
**Must be comfortable with:**
* React (hooks, routing, state management)
* Node.js \+ Express (or equivalent backend framework)
* MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
* REST API development
* Authentication (JWT / session-based)
* Git and version control
* Responsive design principles
* Basic deployment knowledge (Vercel / Render / AWS basics preferred)
**Bonus if you understand:**
* Role-based access systems
* Form validation \& error handling properly
* Clean architecture principles
* Performance optimization basics
**Who Should Apply**
* Final-year students or recent graduates
* Someone who has already built at least 1 real project end-to-end
* Strong logical thinking and debugging ability
* Can work independently without constant guidance
* Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
