In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. **What you will be doing** ========================== Key Responsibilities Network Support \& Monitoring Assist with monitoring network performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring tools. Support troubleshooting of wired and wireless network connectivity issues across hospital systems. Assist in maintaining network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Help track and document network incidents, service requests, and resolutions. Infrastructure \& Systems Assistance Support the installation, configuration, and testing of network hardware and software. Assist with network upgrades, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities. Participate in routine network health checks and system audits. Documentation \& Process Support Maintain documentation related to network topology, device configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Support development of internal knowledge base resources for IT teams. Assist in documenting network standards and operational procedures. Cybersecurity \& Compliance Support monitoring of network security alerts and assist with escalation procedures when necessary. Assist with implementation of security best practices aligned with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA). Participate in vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking under supervision. Collaboration \& Learning Work alongside network engineers and IT professionals to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise networking environments. Participate in team meetings, technical training sessions, and project planning discussions.
