**About The Team**

We are building a central one-stop big data platform that provides end-to-end data solutions to empower thousands of users — including data engineers, BI analysts, operations staff, and backend developers — with tools for efficient data management, development, task scheduling, governance, and visualization.
Our platform supports massive-scale business needs across e-commerce, digital finance, supply chain, and more.
**Job Description**
* Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of core products within the big data ecosystem, including:RAM, DataMap, DataStudio, Scheduler System, Data Dashboard, etc.
* Write high-quality, efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver robust, production-ready features.
* Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
* Take part in system architecture design and product roadmap discussions, contribute to the long-term technical evolution and big picture of our products.
**Requirements**
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including: data structures \& algorithms, operating systems, networking, distributed systems.
* Proficient in at least one backend programming language: Java, Python, or Go.
* Familiar with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and middleware technologies (e.g., Redis, Kafka).
* Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful API design, and microservice architecture.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Internship or project experience related to: backend system development, big data infrastructure.
* Familiarity with big data technologies, such as: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Presto, StarRocks etc.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in large-scale systems.
* Proficiency in Java, and hands-on experience with: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
* Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
