**Role description** **SPOC:** Mrignayani Jayram **Role:** QA Testing with Playwright **Location:** Warsaw, Poland **Employment Type:** B2B, Sub-con **Contract Duration:** The candidates contract will be for 6 Months with extension possibility **Experience:** 8\+ Years relevant experience ONLY **Salary/Pay Rate:** Upto 170 PLN/Hour **Work Mode:** Remote with adhoc travel **Language:** English **Job Summary** A Software QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through systematic testing and bug identification. **Key Responsibilities:** * Testing Software Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software functionality meets requirements. * Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases test results and defects using bugtracking software eg JIRA. * Collaboration Work closely with developers and product managers to provide feedback on software performance and usability and to resolve identified issues. * Test Planning Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications. * Post-release Testing Conduct postrelease testing to ensure that software updates and new features function correctly and do not introduce new issues. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Educational Background A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is often preferred. * Experience Python coding skills Playwright testing automation skills. * Attention to Detail Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify issues and ensure highquality software delivery. * Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members. **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Playwright Python Testing **Good to Have Skills :** Playwright Typescript Automation **Benefits** Compensation range: $140\.00 to $170\.00 per hour **About LTM** LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
