**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated
**Machine Learning Intern**
to support the development of predictive models and intelligent analytics solutions within the HR technology domain. You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams on real-world ML initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect, clean, and analyze structured and semi-structured datasets
* Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
* Develop and evaluate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering)
* Support projects such as candidate success prediction, attrition forecasting, and workforce planning
* Conduct feature engineering and model performance evaluation
* Document experiments and assist with model deployment
**Required Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
* Working knowledge of SQL
* Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Exposure to NLP or time-series analysis
* Experience with BI tools or HR datasets
