AI/ML Intern

**About Us**We are a fast-growing logistics technology startup building a next-generation **Trucking Management System (TMS)** that integrates dispatching, accounting, routing, fleet tracking, and maintenance in one platform. We are now adding **AI-driven features** such as OCR for document automation, predictive analytics, and driver efficiency insights. **Role Overview**We are seeking a passionate **AI/ML Intern** to join our team and work on exciting real-world projects in logistics tech. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data science within a startup environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in building and training **OCR models** for extracting data from logistics documents (e.g., invoices, trip sheets, bills of lading). * Work on **data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering** for logistics datasets. * Contribute to developing **predictive models** for driver performance, route optimization, and dispatcher efficiency. * Collaborate with the product and tech team to integrate AI modules into the TMS. * Research and experiment with AI/ML frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency. * Document processes, experiments, and results for knowledge sharing. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Pursuing or recently completed **B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / related field** in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML. * Strong understanding of **Python** and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, OpenCV, or similar. * Basic knowledge of **OCR tools** (Tesseract, EasyOCR, etc.) is a plus. * Familiarity with **databases** (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs. * Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn. * Good communication and teamwork skills. **What We Offer** * Exposure to **real-world AI applications** in logistics and supply chain management. * A chance to contribute directly to a **live product used in the USA market**. * Certificate of completion and possible transition into a **full-time role** based on performance.
