This is not your traditional engineering internship. While you will gain hands-on experience in core mechanical systems and operations, you will also play a key role in bridges the gap between traditional mechanical engineering and modern technological tools, including automation, computer simulation, or AI-driven workflows. **Key Responsibilities** * **Engineering Support:** Assist the engineering team in monitoring, maintaining, or designing mechanical components and systems. * **Data \& Process Optimization:** Utilize your computer training to compile, analyze, and interpret operational data to improve equipment efficiency and performance. * **Tech Integration:** Support the implementation of digital tools, predictive maintenance models, or AI concepts relevant to our engineering processes. * **Documentation \& Reporting:** Maintain accurate technical logs, assist in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and present data-driven insights to the team. * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with both technical operations and IT/systems teams on specialized projects. **Qualifications \& Skills** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** (eligible for an official OJT/internship program). * **Technical Skills:** Sound knowledge of core mechanical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, or machine design). * **Digital Edge (Required):** Proven coursework, training, or personal projects involving **AI concepts, programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB), data analytics, or advanced engineering software (CAD/CAM, CFD)**. * **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication. * **Attitude:** Highly motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about how artificial intelligence and technology are transforming traditional industries. **What We Offer** * Real-world mentorship from experienced engineering professionals. * Exposure to modern, tech-driven engineering systems and industrial operations. * Internship allowance / stipend * Certificate of Completion and a potential pathway to full-time employment upon graduation.
