MY HERO International Film Festival Intern

Every year, The MY HERO International Film Festival showcases short films that promote heroism and activism. The Film Festival Assistant will help to produce this online event. Duties include viewing and categorizing finalist films. Assisting with creating the online ballot and preparing media for the Winners Page. Promotion of the winning films and sponsor and media outreach. Some editing and video production a possibility. Some social media outreach on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Qualifications: Technically savvy. Adobe software, Microsoft office capable. Outgoing personality and flexible attitude to help with what is needed. MY HERO is a not for profit organization with a mission to use media, art and technolgy to celebrate the best of humanity. Films celebrate diverse heroes from all walks of life. Awards are given to films highlighting those working for social justice, peace, women's rights, children's rights, and to protect the environment. This internship is unpaid. Students may receive credit for their creative work by their schools if appropriate.
