70% of India's Civil Court cases are property disputes. INR 2 lakh crore of real estate is frozen yearly because nobody can verify who owns what. Ask your family, and you will hear the stories. The government has tried fixing this for 30 years and failed. We are not trying to replace them. We are building a verification layer on top of their broken data - exactly what CIBIL did for fragmented banking data. BhuMe is building that source of truth. We operate at the messy collision point between land records, ownership, transactions, maps, field reality, government data, and trust in India. This internship is for someone who is genuinely interested in solving this puzzle. We’re looking for someone excited by real-world complexity, not just clean, well-scoped problems. **The Work:** You will work across geospatial data, AI-assisted workflows, record linkage, satellite imagery, ML model training, GCP infra, and mobile apps. Our building philosophy is simple: choose tools based on the problem. Use boring tech where it works. Use newer tools where they genuinely help. The only metric is whether we solve the problem. **The Expectation:** This is a high-agency role. We care less about what you already know and more about how quickly you can learn, reason, build, and communicate. **The Application:** Resumes tell us nothing.
