**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Intern to join our team remotely. Your contributions will help advance medical research and improve patient outcomes while developing essential skills in clinical development, data management, and regulatory practices. **Responsibilities** * Assist with data collection and entry for ongoing clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with CDISC standards. * Review clinical documentation such as case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and laboratory reports for consistency and compliance. * Support patient monitoring activities by reviewing vital signs, blood sampling procedures, and other clinical measurements documented in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. * Collaborate with research teams to ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and HIPAA privacy standards throughout the trial process. * Aid in the organization and maintenance of trial documentation, including regulatory files, consent forms, and audit trails. * Contribute to data management tasks using statistical software tools to prepare datasets for analysis. * Participate in compliance management activities related to clinical laboratory procedures, blood sampling techniques such as phlebotomy, and patient safety protocols. **Experience** * Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Nursing, Medical Technology, Clinical Research, or a similar healthcare field. * Prior experience or coursework in clinical trials management or research is preferred. * Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR systems, and clinical laboratory procedures is advantageous. * Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and HIPAA regulations. * Basic knowledge of statistical software applications used for data analysis in clinical research. * Supervising experience or exposure to managing research projects is a plus. * Strong analysis skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
