**About the Role**
We are looking for a Technical Support / Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both our engineering team and our clients to support system integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain our existing platforms.
You will help ensure our systems run smoothly while assisting customers with technical onboarding and integration. This role also involves building small internal tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for recent graduates (co-op experience is preferred) or engineers with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow in a hands-on technical environment.
**What You’ll Do**
· Support client technical integrations and onboarding
· Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
· Monitor and maintain existing systems to ensure reliable operation
· Investigate and debug system issues when they arise
· Assist the engineering team with deployments and system updates
· Develop small internal tools or scripts to improve operational efficiency
· Use AI tools to enhance development and troubleshooting workflows
· Write and maintain technical documentation and support materials
**What We’re Looking For**
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
· Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or technical support
· Mandarin language proficiency required
· Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
· Experience with at least one programming language such as: Java, Go (Golang), Python or similar languages
· Basic understanding of software development and debugging
· Familiarity with Linux environments and server operations
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
**Nice to Have**
· Experience with API integrations or client technical onboarding
· Familiarity with Git, Docker, or cloud infrastructure
· Experience in FinTech, Web3, or payment systems
· Experience building automation tools or internal developer tools

Pay: $50,000\.00-$60,000\.00 per year
