Internship - IT Test Automation & Development

**Internship Details:** * **Duration:** We’re looking for interns who can commit to a period of **at least 3–6 months** . * **Work mode:** Fully Onsite * **Office Location:** Level 11, 12 \& 13 CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya * **Easy Access via Public Transport:** About 5-minute walk from Taman Jaya LRT station. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Understand and learn the test automation framework** built around UFT, including its structure, components, and usage guidelines. * **Support users** by analyzing and helping to resolve issues related to existing UFT jobs and framework usage. * **Assist in developing new UFT jobs** based on business and project requirements under the guidance of the team. * **Participate in testing, execution, result analysis, and defect tracking** for automated test jobs. * Attend sprint ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Maintain and update project-related documentation in Confluence and SharePoint in a timely and accurate manner. * **Be open and ready to learn new tools, technologies, and processes** that support the automation project. * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and support continuous improvement of the automation solution. **Requirements:** * Candidate must possess / currently be pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent. * No work experience required. * Minimum CGPA is 3\.0 * Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills. * Required language(s): Good written and verbal communication in English * Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. * **NOTE** : Successful candidates will be employed on **Internship Duration** contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd. * Successful candidates will undergo minimum of two (2\) months of comprehensive new hire training and on the job training.
