This role offers exposure to building AI-powered tools, designing structured workflows, and driving continuous improvement through data and feedback, while working in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** * AI Agent Development Design and develop an AI-powered agent to enhance internal productivity and streamline workflows within the IT Solution Architecture team. Apply AI/ML concepts to build practical, impactful solutions for real business challenges. * Documentation \& Process Tracking Document the full development lifecycle, including design decisions, technical approaches, challenges encountered, and final outcomes. Ensure knowledge sharing and transparency for future improvements and scalability. * Assessment Flow Design Design and implement a structured assessment flow for internal teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with operational needs. * Feedback \& Continuous Improvement Measure effectiveness of implemented solutions by gathering user feedback and performance data. Continuously refine and enhance the AI agent and workflows based on insights and evolving requirements. * Innovation \& Problem Solving Work on an innovative project that integrates AI/ML to improve productivity, contributing creative ideas and technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. **Value-Added Project** The intern will work on a high-impact innovation project focused on applying AI/ML to improve the productivity of the IT Solution Architecture team.
